For Booking or Property Issues:
Guests and hosts are encouraged to resolve any concerns directly with each other using the platform’s messaging system. Sky Holiday does not intervene in guest-host disputes.
For Fraudulent Activity or Suspicious Behaviour:
If you suspect fraudulent activity or notice any suspicious behaviour on our platform, please contact us immediately at:

- A detailed description of the incident or activity you are reporting
- Any relevant screenshots or supporting evidence
- The user(s) involved (guest, host, or both)
We take all reports of fraud seriously and will investigate them promptly.
